Island Healing Arts is no longer contracting with private health insurance companies.  I work with Labor and Industries and Motor Vehicle Accident claims, on a case-by-case basis. Ask me about:

Insurance billing is offered as a service to you.  In order to bill your insurance, I will need a referral or prescription from your doctor, stating the diagnosis and recommended number of visits, and a copy of your insurance card or claim number.  It is your responsibility to check your insurance benefits and to pay for any charges denied by your insurance provider.  Co-Pay is due at time of service.  If your private health insurance allows you to see an out-of-network provider I am happy to provide you with a detailed receipt, should you wish to seek reimbursement.
